Located in the working-class district of Triana on the other side of the Gudalquivir River, the Monte Triana is a simple and cheap hotel with limited facilities and no particular charm. It is, nevertheless, a very comfortable hotel with a nice restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a lounge with a bar and a computer with free Internet access.

This aptly named hotel is on Clara de Jesus Montero street in the working-class district of Triana, on the other side of the Guadalquivir, near to the Isla Magica (Magic Island Theme Park), a park built on the theme of the discovery of the new world. The park is located on the Isla de La Cartuja (La Cartuja Island) where the 1992 Universal Exhibition was held. You can also visit the Andalusian Centre of Modern Art on the island. Don Pablo international airport is some 10 mi away, so expect 20 minutes for transfers.
The rooms at the Monte Triana Hotel are well equipped and nicely decorated with pretty paintings and parquet floors. They have satellite television (30 channels), individual air conditioning, a free electronic safe, a mini bar refrigerator, a telephone, and free Wifi Internet access. There is a desk that you can work at, comfortably seated in an armchair, and a little round wooden table where you can have a bite to eat. There is also a choice of pillows to optimize your level of comfort. Furthermore, you are sure to sleep soundly as the windows are double-glazed. The windows either look out onto the patio or a street in the la Triana neighbourhood. As for the bathrooms, they are fitted with a bathtub equipped with a flexible shower, a toilet, a bidet, tissues, a heater (which you probably won't need in Seville!), a hair dryer, a magnifying mirror, and hospitality products. Room service is available from 7:30am till 11:30pm.
The Monte Triana is part of the Andalousian Monte Hotels group. It has 116 guest rooms and occupies a modern 4 storey building with 2 lifts. Built in 1991, it was renovated in 2008. You can enjoy a drink at the bar in the large entrance hall lounge. There is also a special lounge room for business meetings.
Buffet breakfast is served from 7:30am till 11:00am in the beautiful Grenada room. Here, you can enjoy delicious freshly pressed orange juice, pastries, eggs, sausages, bacon or yogurt, and there is even a healthy food corner. The cafeteria proposes Spanish a la carte cuisine, with lunch served from 1:00pm till 2:30pm and dinner from 7:30pm till 10:30pm in a room that can seat up to 30 guests, decorated with pretty paintings depicting scenes from the corrida. When the weather is good you can enjoy a coffee and a cigarette on the charming, typically Andalusian patio.
There is a computer in the entrance hall with free Internet access for guests. The hotel has a private and paying car park. The Monte Triana is close to the Isla Magica (Magic Island Theme Park), dedicated to the Discovery of the New World. En arrivant en voiture, c'est l'idéal, pas de recherche de parking, et service bagagiste très appréciable quand on voyage avec une enfant de 18 mois. Le personnel très agréable, la chambre était spacieuse, la salle de bain également, salle de petit déjeuner comble et un peu bruyante mais buffet très copieux et vaste choix. Ordinateur en prêt ainsi que l'imprimante, ça nous a été utile. Petite aire de jeux toboggan à 20 mètres en face, pour le bonheur de notre fille. Quartier id

Only a 15-minute walk from the Alcazar of Seville, facing the Guadalquivir, the NH Plaza de Armas provides the standard service you'd expect from this hotel group, in a pleasant setting. Its 262 guest rooms are spacious and practical, and feature the usual amenities, such as a mini-bar, a safe and even some additional services, such as a selection of pillows to choose from. The swimming pool is located on the top floor of the hotel and overlooks the city. The interior layout lacks originality, and the terrace area could be put to better use. Breakfast is served as a buffet with pastries, fruit juice, fruit, cereal and cold cuts.
The hotel is located between Armas Square shopping centre and the 'Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza' arena in the city centre, close to Isabel II Bridge, which crosses the Guadalquivir River enabling you to get to the working class district of Triana. The Monte-Carlo is a simple and cheap establishment offering limited facilities, but it is comfortable enough, with a nice restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch, as well as a sitting room with a big TV set, a bar, and a charming patio providing the perfect setting for drinks.
This hotel belongs to the High Tech group and enjoys a perfect location, at the heart of Seville, on Plaza Canalejas and opposite the famous Meliá Colón. The Petit Palace hotel provides its guests with free Internet access and has fitted each of its 52 rooms with a computer, which is a real bonus feature. However, if you like to have a lot of room, we would recommend that you don't book a standard room as you'll almost certainly find that it's not spacious enough. Alternatively, if you're travelling as a family and are looking for good value for your money, choose one of the family rooms as these are fitted with bunk beds. Try to avoid the rush hour at breakfast as the room is rather small.
A stone's throw from Triana and Seville's Art Museum, the Confortel Puerta Triana includes four rooms especially adapted to cater for disabled guests and affords a magnificent view of the cathedral. Its common areas are spacious and the interior decor blends various designer elements. There are individual TV sets in the breakfast room, which is particularly appreciable for those travelling alone. However, the standard guest rooms could do with a bit of a makeover: the furniture has been changed recently but the bathrooms still await much-needed renovation work.
The Zenit hotel is one of the few establishments located in the Triana neighbourhood, just metres from Isabel II Bridge and Seville's nightlife. It's not easy finding the entrance, as it is hidden at the far end of a courtyard beside the car park. The hotel has opted for a purely Andalusian style and, as a result, the furniture is old but has been restored and the decor in general is quite classic. You will notice the handmade azulejos (tiling) present throughout the establishment. The reception lounges are quite spacious and offer Wi-Fi access. Another asset of this address is its 50-space car park. As far as the cuisine goes, it is comprised of a wide selection of Spanish specialties.
The Inglaterra exudes the kind of distinctive charm of an establishment with a real history. One of the first hotels in its category to open in Seville, it has managed to retain some of the features that have made it famous since that date back in 1857. The current building was erected in 1968. The façade could be more attractive and the breakfast room is also rather low on appeal. Inside, the hotel logo displayed on the various stained glass windows and furniture, in addition to the types of wood used and the Irish bar (which opened in 1995), make the place feel both classic and unique at the same time.

The EME Fusion is a stylish, ultra-modern hotel hidden away in a building typical of the historical district of Santa Cruz, just opposite the Giralda. It could hardly be in a better location! This is a luxury hotel with a grand total of four restaurants, a superb spa and two swimming pools: a heated one in the spa and another on the panoramic terrace overlooking the Giralda. It also is one of Seville's more fashionable addresses, popular with locals who like to enjoy a cocktail and take in the best view in town.
The Alphonso XIII is a mythical Seville establishment and among the most luxurious hotels in the world. Located in the heart of Seville, between the cathedral and the Plaza de Espana Square, this palace, which has been classified as a historical monument, provides a perfect setting for an luxury stay, with a gastronomic menu which is beyond reproach. The flower-filled patio is a place where the whole of Seville likes to come and have a drink.
