Like many other establishments located in the Nervion district, this NH hotel attracts a primarily business clientele. It has 252 rooms and can accommodate up to 500 guests at a time. On the first floor, you'll most definitely be attracted by the spa, which occupies a cube-shaped structure surrounded by bay windows. The treatments on offer are really tempting. You can choose from a selection of chocolate, cava, silk, or black grape-based treatments. The hotel's restaurant is another of its strong points. Run by Ferrán Adriá, creative cuisine is served here in a designer and modern setting, which includes a bookshelf set in the middle of the dining room. If you choose to stay here, you should know that the centre of Seville is a 15-minute bus ride away.

Accommodation
8.20/10
The NH Central Convenciones hotel has a capacity of 500 guests for 252 rooms. The long carpeted corridors lead you to your room in a hushed and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms feature dark parquet flooring and matching furniture, some storage units, and adjustable lighting fixtures that allow you to create the ambiance of your choice. The TV is in a slightly awkward position, sitting on top of a small secretaire desk. As for the wardrobes, these stand on either side of the bed. The black and white curtains are in keeping with the same style as the rest of the room. Another feature in the rooms is their full-length mirror, and you'll also find an Internet cable stored away in the secrétaire desk. In terms of their views, all of the rooms look out to the outside. The bathrooms are equipped with everything you need: hospitality products, hair-dryer, telephone, make-up mirror, and a few additional items such as a TV-radio set that you can listen to while you shower, and a heated towel rack.
Overview
7.45/10
This NH-owned, 4-star, 9-storey hotel opened in 2005. The reception area is located in a hall decorated in grey tones. Opposite the counter at the entrance, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the column adorned with red flower baskets. To the left lies a well-lit lounge with red armchairs and a decorative bookshelf (books and vases). This room has a nice view to the outside. This area also affords a Wi-Fi connection if you have a laptop. Several paintings adorn the walls, one of which is framed in gold and depicts a red rose. The others are more abstract. On the first floor, there is a series of small furnished terraces reserved for smokers. On the second floor, next to the swimming pool and the huge terrace, there is a spa that opens every day of the week from 1:00pm to 10:00pm. However, the opening hours change during the weekend. All sorts of treatments are on offer in this transparent cube: treatments with a base of chocolate, cava, silk, clay, black raisin or algae, thermal baths, massages and beauty treatments. Access to the water circuit will cost you around £10 per hour. The massages and the treatments are separate services.

The Nhube, the hotel's restaurant run by Ferrán Adriá, stands out for its interior decorating. As you enter, to the right there is a long black counter and a row of stools neatly lined up under orange lampshades. The light parquet flooring contrasts with the brown walls. In the centre of this room there is a bookshelf and two armchairs where you can recline and watch some TV. The culinary offer includes some of the chef's own specialities: quinces and liver mille-feuille, confit potatoes and confit suckling pig. The wine served comes from various regions in Spain. Breakfast is served as a buffet in a room with a capacity of 200 guests and boasting a brown parquet floor. This breakfast room looks out onto the street, and provides guests with a place where they can read their newspaper to the sound of pop music.
To know
The lighting in the spa is quite surprising given its original location, surrounded by bay windows.
The immediate surroundings do not feature many tourist attractions

The AC Ciudad de Sevilla boasts an impressive combination of styles. Behind its traditional old façade (one of the guest rooms actually incorporates the original tower) it conceals modern decor featuring subdued shades of colour. There is no denying it: the overall effect is very appealing. In spite of its modest size, the gym is very well lit. The hotel also has a small outdoor swimming pool. Its 86 guest rooms are practical, although some of the standard rooms have views out onto a wall... It is also worth bearing in mind that you can connect to the internet in the cafe. The restaurant, La Mejorana, serves set menus each day for lunch and dinner.
Located in the Nervion area, across the Guadalquivir, the NH Viapol hotel is a convenient establishment for those travelling on business. It lives up to the main standards of the NH brand. It stands out for its services, such as the selection of pillows, and the level of comfort in the rooms. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options, which include fruit juice, pastries, cold cuts and so on... it even has a separate area for children. Every morning, show cooking is also on offer. The only downside is the distance to the city centre for those who want to visit the old town. However, there is a bus that can take you there directly, and the stop is right next to the hotel.
Undoubtedly one of the biggest assets of the Sevilla Center hotel resides in the views it offers. From the top of this 14 storey building, you can admire the entire city: the old town, the modern section, and Maria Luisa park. We recommend you dine at the restaurant one evening, in order to admire the Giralda in a different light. This 4 star establishment provides comfortable accommodation. Plus, it has a swimming pool on the 3rd floor, a gym in the basement, a jacuzzi, and has direct access to the neighbouring public car park. The terrace is open in summer, from June to September, and features two different ambiances: a Zen section and a restaurant that prepares barbecues.
The Meliá Sevilla has a number of things going for it, including its central geographical location next to Plaza de España, a huge swimming pool and comfortable guest rooms. If you like big, open spaces, you will certainly feel at home in the vast lounges next to the reception. All kinds of treatments are on offer in the spa, which has six treatment rooms (including one for couples), as well as a water circuit with a jacuzzi, chromatic showers and a hammam. VIP guests, meanwhile, are made to feel special with their own private area for checking in, which includes a reading room with free Wi-Fi access, as well as breakfast and a mid-afternoon snack. The only criticism is that the Meliá Sevilla's façade could do with a good lick of paint.
The Novotel Marques del Nervion is a stylish high quality establishment that offers a good level of comfort, excellent cuisine, and a panoramic rooftop swimming pool, open from May to September. It is in a business district, some way out of the city centre and right next to the football stadium, but it is ideally located near the railway station where you can catch a train to the airport.
The Hesperia is located on one of the main avenues of Nervión, one of Seville's business districts, and most of its guests are in the city for business reasons. The hotel has a lot of rooms and various conference halls, so it is perfectly suited to this type of visitor. It also boasts numerous lounges, which might explain why the reception area itself does not feel too welcoming. The neighbouring spa and the parking facilities are two of the strong points of the Hesperia. You also have the convenience of free internet access right throughout the building, whether you are in one of the lounges or up in your room. However, you should bear in mind that if you wish to explore the city of Seville itself, you will need to take a bus to the centre.
The Meliá Lebreros is a luxury establishment nestled in the district of Nervión, approximately a mile from the city's historical centre. The guest rooms on the 13th floor have been fully renovated and are very pleasant, modern spaces. They are particularly well suited to music lovers, since they are provided with a music centre upon which guests can play CD's available at reception. The communal spaces include a number of lounges, a business centre and a superb spiral staircase. Outside, in the middle of the garden, the rectangular swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs is a rather nice place to relax. Inside, the standard rooms and breakfast room are decorated in a relatively standard fashion.
This establishment is part of the Ayre chain, which specialises in city hotels, and is ideal for those coming to or leaving Seville by train since it stands just opposite Santa Justa station. The hotel has a total of 241 guest rooms and can accommodate almost 500 guests. It boasts a pleasant swimming pool and comfortable rooms with a rather traditional decor, not to mention an eye-catching gold spiral staircase in the lobby. The decor in the communal areas, meanwhile, is eclectic to say the least! Despite the distance between the hotel and the historic centre of Seville, public transport shouldn't be a problem since there is a bus stop just alongside the hotel.
