Although most guests would expect the Sierra Savoy to stand out from the rest as a result of it being part of the Savoy chain, the establishment remains a resort and was a little disappointing in quality upon Easyvoyage's visit. The shared areas such as the lobby, bars and restaurants are very noisy with clanking crockery, grinding coffee machines, loud guests and music...good if you're looking for a lively holiday but for those looking for a little peace and quiet, best to stay in your room! There is also a quiet pool for guests wanting to get away from it all. The spa is the highlight of the resort. It is relaxing and spacious. The resort has a large indoor pool at an extra cost (open to over 16s only). The resort has an indoor Jacuzzi which has a large window overlooking to Sinai Mountains. The massage rooms are all new. The gym is free and well equipped. Around the pools some parasols are equipped with sprinklers to keep guests nice and cool is the sweltering heat of the Sinai. The resort also has a fairly good kids' club. Otherwise, most of the resort's entertainment takes place in the neighbouring shopping arcade, Soho Square, where guests have access to special discounts in the bars and restaurants. For guests who don't want to feel too far from home, there is even a ?Queen Vic'! However we must warn guests not to expect anything too extravagant when it comes to the retail quality of the shops in Soho Square.
