This is a modern establishment reminiscent of an Arab palace, seen in the simple stone facade, the outdoor pools (structured like a gift of providence or the playground of heaven, as per Muslim architectural traditions) and in the decor of the rooms and communal areas. Added touches to this atmosphere include the scent of jasmine, the olive trees outside and the staff's uniforms. The structure of the complex and its interior decoration are all harmonious with the general style of the hotel, and are tasteful and very well achieved. The hotel complex consists of 250 rooms including 50 double rooms. The remaining accommodation units are suites. The hotel has three swimming pools (two outdoor pools and a heated indoor pool), a main restaurant located within the hotel (in addition to numerous other restaurants in the medina), two bars (at the beach and in the entrance hall), a Moorish café, a fitness centre (open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) and Turkish baths (open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm).
In addition to these facilities, guests of the Diar Lemdina hotel enjoy quick access to the tourist attractions of Yasmine Hammamet. Among these, there is the Carthage Land theme park (about 20 attractions for children and a mini zoo), various museums (on the history of Mediterranean civilisations or the history of Tunis), art galleries, a casino, a plethora of shops, etc. On top of these there are numerous street shows to enjoy, where typically Tunisian characters are depicted. There is also the dance of the seven veils, snake charmers, camel tamers, etc. There are also two car parks, one of which is indoors, available to guests. Wi-Fi is accessible in the entrance hall and in some of the suites, but the connection is quite slow.
