Discover The Kumbh Mela India

The name Kumbh Mela means 'festival of the sacred pitcher' in Hindi. It is the largest spiritual Hindu gathering in the world and takes place in Uttar Pradesh. The Kumbh Mela lasts for 2 months every twelve years. However, as there are 4 cities in which it is celebrated, it takes place every 3 years, alternating between Allahabad (Prayâg), Haridw?r, Ujjain and Nashik.
