Ireland is very rich with megalithic monuments, which can be found all over the country. This dolman in Drombeg, County Cork, is known as the Druid's Altar.

Discover The megaliths

Megalith art is very present in the island. Close to a thousand stone monuments adorned with spiral-shaped, round, or diamond-shaped designs can be found in the country. It is Sligo county in Deer Park, for instance, that has the most tumulus accumulation of stones and earth forming above the graves.
