Amy Adejokun Expert destination Mali

Mopti is on the crossroads of the most splendid tourist sites in Mali. Known as the Malian Venice, it is constructed on embankments, at the confluence of the Niger and the Bani, surrounded by swamps. It is an intensely active port with diverse handicraft objects in its markets, elegant banco houses, mosques, and a melting pot of people in its streets, these aspects combine to make Mopti a place very much worth seeing.
