How many times have you wished Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory was real? Well, thanks to Universal Studios, all your dreams are about to come true...
Later this year, Universal Studios in Orlando, USA, is set to open the Toothsome Chocolate Factory, a chocolate restaurant that bears an uncanny resemblance to a real life Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory.
Whilst the restaurant isn't actually affiliated with either the 1971 or 2005 movies, from what we can see in the pictures, it's pretty clear where it takes its inspiration from.
The restaurant's full name is The Toothsome Chocolate Factory and Savoury Feast Emporium. It will serve "unique twists on classic steak, seafood and pasta entrees, gourmet burgers, sandwiches, incredible salads, all-day brunch and so much more." But back to the desserts...
It has also promised to "transport you into a 19th century-inspired Steampunk chocolate factory" that includes "towering smoke stacks, funky gadgetry, and staff wearing unique Steampunk fashion," according to Universal Orlando Resort's official blog.
The best thing about it is that, unlike the exclusive factory in the films, the Toothsome Chocolate Factory will have its doors open to everyone. Located on Universal CityWalk, the entertainment and retail district located near the theme park, it will stand outside the Universal Studios park and thus require no entry ticket.
