A coastal path that enables you to walk the entire Welsh coastline is set to open to the public this May. The path travels from the outskirts of Chester in the north to Chepstow in the south and goes through a myriad of locations, including cliffs, beaches and fishing villages.

A coastal path that enables you to walk the entire Welsh coastline is set to open to the public this May. The path travels from the outskirts of Chester in the north to Chepstow in the south and goes through a myriad of locations, including cliffs, beaches and fishing villages.

To celebrate its official opening on 5 May 2012, Radio Wales will explore all 870 miles that the route covers.

It is not simply for walkers, but opens up opportunities for horse riders as well.
