Lima
Travel Guide
Lima, the Peruvian capital city, often puts travellers off on arrival. Primarily presenting little interest because of the misty climate for a great part of the year, Lima has a colonial city centre preserving beautiful XVIc houses such as casa de Jarava. In the district of Miraflorés, the Gold museum displays an incredible collection of coins, jewels, weapons, clothing... found in Indian tombs. Barranco district, by the sea, is where all the nightlife happens.
