Easyvoyage undertakes to collect, process or retain your personal data for specific, legitimate and relevant purposes.

In the interests of confidentiality and protection of personal data, a copy of a signed identity document must be included with the request. Easyvoyage will send a reply within 1 month of receipt of the request. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL to challenge Easyvoyage's personal data protection practices. How long is your data kept?
Easyvoyage has established precise rules concerning the length of time that its users' personal data is kept. Personal data relating to prospective users who have consented to commercial canvassing, and to members of the Site, will be kept for a period of three years from the date of their collection or last contact with the user.
What happens to your data after your death?

Who receives your data?

Has Easyvoyage appointed a Data Protection Officer?

Is your data sent outside the European Union?
In order to fulfil the purposes defined above, your personal data may be transferred to companies located in countries outside the European Union which do not have an adequate level of personal data protection.

Is this Charter subject to change?
Easyvoyage reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. In the event of a material change, such as the introduction of a new purpose, Easyvoyage will provide you with prior information about the new purpose. This is to ensure that you have a reasonable time to exercise your rights under the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the European Regulation.
