Discover The Henri-Pittier National Park Venezuela

Venezuela's first national park, Henri-Pittier National park was built in 1937 and owes its name to the Swiss botanist who carried out the majority of his work there on the remarkable flora and fauna. Nature lovers will adore this paradise-like space housing 570 species, including 6% of the world's birds, in the middle of mountains with waterfalls tumbling in the shade of giant ferns. During a walk in the untouched forest, you will see numerous birds and a myriad of blue, yellow or brown butterflies with transparant wings.
