After building the world's tallest tower and the world's largest shopping mall, Dubai has come up with the world's largest waterpark. Aquaventure Waterpark is located within the magnificent Atlantis Hotel on The Palm Island. It's the ideal place to spend time with family, friends or couples. Aboard a golf cart, visitors travel to the hundreds of attractions and slides that offer thrills all day long. And because everything is possible in Dubai, you can even swim with the dolphins! Known for its palm tree shape, The Palm Jumeirah archipelago is impressive from the air during a helicopter flight. But it's just as impressive when you go there to discover some of the islands. Head to the Atlantis hotel for a whole host of activities. This is where you'll find Aquaventure Waterpark, the largest water park in the world. The experience is unique. To get around the park, you'll take a buggy to the 105 slides and other attractions, where you might even try your hand at surfing or floating in a river.

Divided into several dedicated areas, the park offers original attractions. There's a water play area for children with several slides, but you can also relax on the hotel's beach. With lagoons and giant basins housing marine animals, get ready to experience the thrill of a lifetime. For example, you can go shark diving or swim with dolphins!

A park tested and approved by influencers

Influencer couple Couple of G tested the park in August 2022, and advises thrill-seekers to try the slide as a group. They also highlighted the park's cleanliness and safety, which should reassure families.

"It was really great, it's a great feeling, you go through all sorts of emotions, we laughed and we were scared when the buoy took off from the slide (...) lifeguards are positioned every 10 metres near the river, which is reassuring."

⭐ Aloft Palm Jumeirah

Located on The Palm island the Aloft Palm Jumeirah hotel is one of the most affordable hotels in the archipelago. Its rooms have been designed in a loft-inspired style and enjoy sea views. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym, as well as several bars, including one on the roof, and several restaurants, including the Mexican cantina. Rates start at €143 per night.

👛Tickets and prices: there are several types of ticket to get into Aquaventure Waterpark. You can buy a day pass for €80, which gives you unlimited access to the 105 slides, all the attractions such as the Surf's Up wave simulator, and the private beach. The Aquaventure Super Pass offers access to all the park's attractions as well as the Dubai Aquarium. A seasonal pass offers access to the park for 90 days.

⏰ O pening times: the park is open every day from 9.45am to 6.30pm.

🚌 Getting there: The Palm Island is not served by metro. So the best option is to take a taxi and stop at the Atlantis Hotel. Alternatively, alternate the two means of transport by taking a metro to Mall of the Emirates station and continue your journey by taxi or Uber.
