Thirty-five rooms in the heart of the village of Isola Rossa. The Corallo (Italian for coral) may not look like much with its rather off-putting building, but it is actually a charming hotel facing the port. It is run by a Franco-Sardinian couple and blends a modern interior with a rich family history. The personalised welcome is particularly warm and friendly, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the food is exquisite. Giovanna, the owner, will tell you that "perfection does not exist, but quality does." Having little in the way of amenities; this is everything except a resort club, but an ideal starting point to discover the land and the seaside.
