In total there are 151 apartments, designed by Matteo Nunziati, renowned Bologna-born designer. The apartments are very neutral in their colour schemes and minimalist in their decor. Stylish touches in the choice of lamps and the shape of the furniture used which bring s a fresh and contemporary atmosphere to the hotel-residence. There are four categories of apartments: standard studios, deluxe studios, one bedroom and two bedrooms. All the apartments are spacious enough and very bright and all, except for studios, have a balcony (although some face the main road) - for guests after a quiet view, then it is best to request this at the time of booking. In terms of amenities, the two bedroom apartments are equipped with DVD players linked to the flat screen televisions that can be found in all rooms. They are also equipped with a full-size American-style open-plan kitchen complete with a four-hob stove. All apartments have a kitchenette, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kitchen supplies and quality crockery as well as complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities.
The main difference in the apartments is the quality of the crockery and apartment size which ranges from 40m² to 120m².There are also non-smoking floors; request must be placed at the time of booking. All bathrooms have Anne Semonin amenities, which is in-keeping with all Radisson Blu properties. En-suite bathrooms adjoin to the master bedrooms of the rooms on the sixth floor. Otherwise all bathrooms, although very simple, have been stylishly designed with functionality at heart. All have bath tubs.
Although fairly well-maintained, the rooms could do with a fresh lick of paint, new carpets and rugs, and a top coat of wax on the furniture to freshen up the rooms.
