The most beautiful garden in Europe is French! (You've probably already been there)

What is the most beautiful public park in the world? The American website House Fresh set out to answer this question last year. To do so, they scoured TripAdvisor's reviews of around 1,000 public gardens and counted the number of times tourists mentioned their beauty. With more than 6,800 mentions of its aesthetic appeal, the Luxembourg Gardens, in Paris's 6th arrondissement, topped the European rankings, well ahead of the Tivoli Gardens in Denmark, with 3,806 mentions, and the Keukenhof in the Netherlands, with 2,719 mentions.

A Singapore garden tops the world rankings

The most beautiful public park in the world would have to be the Gardens by the Bay in Singapore. With over 12,000 mentions of its beauty on TripAdvisor, this complex of three waterfront gardens has charmed visitors with its wide variety of floral species and futuristic atmosphere. The ultra-modern gardens offer visitors the chance to stroll along the aerial walkway of the Cloud Forest, explore the world's largest glass greenhouse and enjoy a sound and light show at night.

The Luxembourg Gardens, third most beautiful park in the world

In second place is the famous Jardin Majorelle in Marrakech, with more than 8,000 compliments on its beauty. The Luxembourg Gardens in Paris put France in third place in the world rankings, making it the most beautiful park in Europe.

Created by Marie de Médicis in 1612, the garden is divided into French and English sections, separated by a geometric forest and a large pond. There is an orchard with ancient apple species, an apiary, a huge collection of orchids and a rose garden. The 106 statues scattered across the park and the impressive Medici fountain make it an open-air museum.
