The Hotel des Congrès et Festival has 20 guest rooms: 5 singles, 11 doubles, 2 twins, and 2 triples, spread over 3 storeys. None of the rooms here are strictly non-smoking.
The pale yellow walls, red and blue floors, and general decor of the guest rooms mean they rather resemble the set of one of Pedro Almodovar's films - colourful to the point of being almost saturated. The neutral grey of the walls doesn't quite counteract the explosion of colour found in the rooms: French-blue carpets, lemon yellow curtains, salmon-coloured sheets, grey and pink bedspreads, red curtains, and blue carpets - all the colours of the palette are definitely used here!
Other than the picture above the bed, that's really all there is to say about the decor in the guest rooms.
In terms of amenities, all of the rooms, which have a floor area of 10-12m², are equipped with a flat-screen television broadcasting international channels, a small (empty) refrigerator, a table, and two chairs. The bathrooms, too, are pretty basic, with either a shower or a bathtub, a wash basin, and a WC, all surrounded by pink tiles. It's not the most stylish but it's certainly functional and clean.
