    Location 9.0 /10

On the corner of the Champs Elysées and Georges V avenue, there couldn't be a more legendary spot. The hotel is surrounded by luxury boutiques and fashionable restaurants but also cinemas and department stores. The district is ideal for going out at night.

    Accommodation 9.00 /10

The 67 guestrooms and 40 suites show extreme attention to detail, decorated with noble materials, in three different harmonies of gold, brass and tortoise shell. Jacques Garcia was of course chosen to design the leatherette headboards, the damask and striped velvet sofas... Each guestroom has its own spacious walk-in wardrobe, a comfortable desk area, free WiFi internet access, a multi-functional printer (scanner and fax), a DVD player, a Nespresso coffee machines, free soft drinks from the minibar, perfume by Hermès, a safe, two television screens (lounge and bathroom) and a separate toilet. The bathrooms decorated in marble and mahogany are equipped with a bathtub and a spacious tropical shower, a double washbasin, a anti-fog mirror, and a whirlpool and chromatherapy bath in the suites. The acoustics were also paid close attention to in the guest rooms thanks to the triple-glazed double windows - the rooms that look out to the Champs Elysées are therefore very quiet. The little details making all the difference, the butler is available around the clock for all categories of rooms, which means that you will be checked in directly in your room. The two largest suites have a splendid view of the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel Tower.

    Overview 9.00 /10

A chaise longue, a river of diamonds, an undulating reception... Jacques Garcia used voluptuous lines to highlight the hotel's lobby. His style is easily recognizable: blending modern and classical features, such as the period armchairs clad in leather. On top of the golf simulator, the hotel has an exceptional spa: U Spa Barrière, a hymn to beauty and wellness. The decoration here is magic: slate, mosaic, ebony... 8611 square feet for 2 hammams (male and female), a sauna, spacious teak decking relaxation area, an interior swimming pool (fitted with a unique water course), a gym of 540 square feet and 7 individual treatment rooms...

    Food and drink 9.00 /10

The hotel has two restaurants and two bars. First, the Lucien bar, open from 4:00pm to 2:00am with a wide range of grand cru wines, champagne, cocktails, different types of whisky and a direct access to the terrace and garden, providing a musical atmosphere created by Béatrice Ardisson. On the same floor, you will find a gastronomic restaurant in the rotunda which opens out to the terrace. This is both a classical and contemporary environment, where you will find Christofle cutlery, exclusive china by Royal Limoges featuring a D, and crystal glasses. The chef Jean-Yves Leuranguer is there to welcome you from Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00pm to 2:30pm and from 7:00pm to 10:30pm (the rotunda is also used as a breakfast hall). The Galerie Joy is a more relaxed area, open from 7:00am to 2:00am. Meals are served at any time of the day, on the terrace if you wish. Finally, the luxurious brasserie Fouquet's, famous all over the world for being a cinema, arts and culture haunt, is directly linked to the hotel.

    To know

Innovation is present on every floor, especially on the François André terrace where a golf simulator has been set up, open from 10:00am to 2:00am. You can also be served a meal or a drink there.

This conventional hotel is fairly basic and it could easily resemble a private residence. The decor should attract guests looking for a typically Parisian style of establishment.

This is a hotel full of French style in which no copies or reproductions will be tolerated. The Bristol is one of the few luxury hotels in Paris that belongs to a European family (German) rather than one of the great families of Asia or the United Arab Emirates. Stylish, classy and refined, the Bristol holds great importance in the quality and authenticity of its features and materials. Its gourmet restaurant attracts a demanding clientele that is fond of excellent cuisine.

The George V is one of the most prestigious Parisian palaces in the city. You barely have to cross the threshold before realising you are entering a hotel in which luxury, perfection and indulgence are the name of the game. Boasting rooms fit for a princess, impressive lounges and a Michelin-starred restaurant, the George V ticks all the boxes when it comes to satisfying even the most demanding of guests. The interior designer Pierre Yves Rochon oversaw the complete refurbishment of the building in 1997, and has since then continued to make improvements to the decor in the 18th Century style.

The latest Parisian luxury hotel, the Shangri-La will seduce a demanding clientele that will know how to appreciate the richly ornate Empire style of this particular hotel. Nothing more can be said about the lengths taken to find the materials, designs, and other accessories that contribute to recreating the atmosphere of the 19th century, while at the same time offering the comfort and modernity of the 21st century. This extremely shiny and ornate Empire style may scare away some potential guests, however, it is still a real privilege to stay in this residence previously owned by a prince, the great nephew of Napoleon.

Inaugurated on 28 February 2012, the W Paris - Opera has finally opened in the City of Light. The Starwood brand linked to fashion and trends thus has its own prestigious establishment in Paris.
Nestled in a 19th century building, the hotel is in a great location. Design and modernity, with a conceptual touch, all come together here. Its designer is in the best position to explain why, since we're not sure it's really clear otherwise, but the W Paris-Opera is centred around the theme The Spark. The establishment thus defines itself as a "spark", creating a fictitious connection between the very first W hotel in New York and its newest sibling in Paris.

At the heart of the Opera district, the W can already rely on its guests who are fans of the brand and hopes that word of mouth will make it the place to be in the area; not just for its rooms but for its restaurant and bar as well.
