    Location 5.27 /10

The hotel is some distance away from the more touristy streets of the 11th arrondissement, though the lively Bastille area is just a short stroll away. This Ibis is close to the Ledru-Rollin station on line 8 of the metro system, and all of the city's stations are accessible with just one change of line. The city's historic monuments and museums are also all quickly accessible using the various metro lines, which connect at Bastille. As too are the Nation, République, Opéra, Louvre and Concorde districts, not to mention the prestigious Eiffel Tower and its surroundings. Those who like to shop will be pleased to know that the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine is crammed full of shops, whilst the restaurant Ami Pierre on the Rue de la Main d'Or, in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, is a great place to satisfy the hunger you'll have worked up. Alternatively, stop off for a drink at the Bottle Shop, a pub which is very popular among locals. When it comes to evening entertainment, why not enjoy an evening at the Théâtre de la Main d'Or, or alternatively, the streets of the Bastille neighbourhood also just a stone's throw away so you're sure to find something to suit everyone.

    Accommodation 7.20 /10

The Ibis Saint-Antoine has a total of 71 guest rooms and has not yet undergone the latest wave of refurbishment sweeping Ibis hotels, although some of the rooms are particularly charming and a far cry from the usual Ibis standards. There are in fact five superb duplex rooms on the top floor of the hotel, complete with light wood stairs leading to the bedroom on the upper level, on a lovely mezzanine overlooking the ground floor. Of course, this is fine if you don't mind the lack of privacy and discretion, particularly in light of the fact that there is also a sofa-bed which can accommodate a further two people. Irrespective of this fact, these split-level rooms are every bit as good as you would find in many a more charming hotel. The rest of the hotel consists of more classical rooms which are pretty much what you would expect of an Ibis hotel, both well laid-out and low-key yet at the same time rather elegant. All have white duvets, light wooden furniture including a wardrobe, shelves and a desk, all making for perfectly functional surroundings. Amenities include a flat-screen television broadcasting TNT and free Wi-Fi. The bathrooms still all have shower curtains, whether you happen to have a bathtub or a shower.

    Overview 7.45 /10

Despite belonging to a chain, this Ibis hotel isn't entirely standardised and does have plenty of originality about it, in terms of both the guest rooms and the communal areas. On entering the hotel you'll arrive directly at the reception desk, beyond which lies the bar and a small and rather classical-style lounge area. The hotel's most interesting feature, though, lies beyond this again, in the form of its inner garden, complete with a large, luscious lawn, various trees and some flowers. The garden is also furnished with a few tables where guests can enjoy the peace and quiet when the good weather arrives. The large, well-lit (some might even say invigorating!) breakfast room offers beautiful unrestricted views of the lush green garden via its large picture windows - a great way to start the day in the right frame of mind! Safe deposit boxes are available at reception, along with a luggage room and a computer where guests can use the Internet for a charge.

The Color Design Hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. This little gem, tucked away in the ever-hip Bastille area of Paris, won't disappoint those looking for a whistle-clean, pristine base where tone, line and uniformity and the buzz words. The attention to detail and precision comes (literally) shining through in this establishment and one can't help but admire end result, bearing in mind the sheer simplicity of it all. Most certainly an easyvoyage favourite!

The Bristol is one of the few luxury hotels in Paris that belongs to a European family (German) rather than one of the great families of Asia or the United Arab Emirates. Stylish, classy and refined, the Bristol holds great importance in the quality and authenticity of its features and materials. Its gourmet restaurant attracts a demanding clientele that is fond of excellent cuisine.

The George V is one of the most prestigious Parisian palaces in the city. You barely have to cross the threshold before realising you are entering a hotel in which luxury, perfection and indulgence are the name of the game. Boasting rooms fit for a princess, impressive lounges and a Michelin-starred restaurant, the George V ticks all the boxes when it comes to satisfying even the most demanding of guests. The interior designer Pierre Yves Rochon oversaw the complete refurbishment of the building in 1997, and has since then continued to make improvements to the decor in the 18th Century style.

The latest Parisian luxury hotel, the Shangri-La will seduce a demanding clientele that will know how to appreciate the richly ornate Empire style of this particular hotel. Nothing more can be said about the lengths taken to find the materials, designs, and other accessories that contribute to recreating the atmosphere of the 19th century, while at the same time offering the comfort and modernity of the 21st century. This extremely shiny and ornate Empire style may scare away some potential guests, however, it is still a real privilege to stay in this residence previously owned by a prince, the great nephew of Napoleon.

Inaugurated on 28 February 2012, the W Paris - Opera has finally opened in the City of Light. The Starwood brand linked to fashion and trends thus has its own prestigious establishment in Paris.
Nestled in a 19th century building, the hotel is in a great location. Design and modernity, with a conceptual touch, all come together here. Its designer is in the best position to explain why, since we're not sure it's really clear otherwise, but the W Paris-Opera is centred around the theme The Spark. The establishment thus defines itself as a "spark", creating a fictitious connection between the very first W hotel in New York and its newest sibling in Paris.

At the heart of the Opera district, the W can already rely on its guests who are fans of the brand and hopes that word of mouth will make it the place to be in the area; not just for its rooms but for its restaurant and bar as well.
