All the rooms at the Villa Beaumarchais have the same facilities and the same level of comfort, as well as very similar decor. There are five room categories, including a single suite and a few junior suites, all overlooking the hotel's inner patio and none facing the street, so they are very peaceful. The decor is classic and summery, the walls painted or papered in shades of maroon and yellow, whilst hand-painted furniture seems to be a feature in all the hotels in the group, this one being no exception. To tell the truth, we found the decor a little disappointing, because even though the overall feel is welcoming, and the colours often warm, the hotel could do with a bit of updating. The suite comes complete with a jacuzzi bathtub, and the bathrooms are generally more modern than the bedrooms themselves. The rooms have many satellite television channels, including CNN and Eurosport, and if you feel a bit peckish, the impressive room service menu has some really original snacks on offer, which are prepared outside the hotel but will be in your room within 30 minutes.
