Many summer visitors to Mykonos come with one thing in mind: **partying! **The island's reputation precedes it by a long way: what was still a confidential destination in the 1970s has become Greece's number one destination for all-night fun.
**Whether it's in the chic and trendy setting of a select club in Chora, or right on the beach with the sound system blasting at a beach party in Super Paradise, the island has something to satisfy the most fastidious of night owls, as well as the most tireless!
There's also plenty to add to a Cycladic lifestyle that's already very nightlife-orientated: In Mykonos, partying is a way of life, influenced by the island's most popular clubs and a number of historic addresses.

Chora, the capital of Mykonos, is the hub of the island's nightlife. Given the number of tourists that Mykonos attracts in high season, it's not hard to imagine that the town's bars and clubs are packed to the rafters... and they are!

On the heights of Chora, VOID is a club of extraordinary dimensions, with dance floors on every floor, among the largest in Mykonos. Crowds and atmosphere are guaranteed, with headliners on the decks in season. For real clubbers.
The famous London club Toy Room Club recently opened its 'branch' in Mykonos, and not just anywhere: its location, on the side of Little Venice, is exceptional. A luxurious, intimate club with limited capacity, one of the most popular addresses on Chora.

The Skandinavian Bar is a historic nightclub on Chora, where a colourful crowd of revellers meet every evening: recognised as a public utility in Mykonos for creating encounters.
In Little Venice, don't be fooled by the name of this bar, or by the customers sipping coffee during the day on the terrace overlooking the sea. After 11pm, the atmosphere changes as Scarpa Bar transforms into an old-school club where the party goes on until 5am.

After Chora, the other place to party hard in Mykonos is on its south coast beaches. While Ornos and Psarou are perfect for going out for a drink and staying up late, the clubs that have forged Mykonos' party reputation are concentrated on the beaches of Paradise and Super Paradise. When is the best time to party in Mykonos?
The atmosphere is at its height every summer between 15 July and 15 August, but the party starts in Mykonos as early as May-June and lasts until September. Most of the night bars and clubs open from April to October, but the first and last months of the season are less lively... it's a bit too early, or a bit too late!
